There were 11 of us that met this morning.
Because it was already raining, and heavy rain was forecast for Bath, Olive decided to cancel the walk in Victoria Park, Bath. Instead, 6 of us drove to the café at Newton Farm where we were joined by 4 more. After a good walk from cars to café, and refreshments in one of the outdoor sheds at 11:00am we transferred to the Crown at Saltford where we were joined by one more. Again we walked from cars to the pub. More refreshments were taken, followed by lunch at 12:00. The total walk length was probably all of 400 meters — so we didn’t get much exercise but did have a good natter and a good time was had by all.
