Walk Leader: Nigel Currie
Eight of us set out in the November sun to walk from Pensford to Compton Dando and back via Woollardand Publow, walking at times on the Two Rivers Way and the Community Forest Path. There was much to delight in on such a clear day, including cows on the run (probably from a noisy dog), alpacas, a lone turkey and plenty of conversation!
Despite encountering some fallen trees along the path by the River Chew, and a couple of rather steep climbs, all returned safely to Pensford Village Hall in good spirits.
Looks as if it was a fun walk!
